This is a senior leadership role suited to a strong facility manager who can drive performance, culture, compliance, and occupancy in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a senior operational leadership role within aged care or healthcare

Minimum 3+ years in aged care, healthcare, or a similarly regulated environment

Demonstrated people leadership and operational management capability

Solid financial, analytical, and budget management skills

Clinical background (e.g. RN) desirable but not essential
