We’re currently seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a large, well-established residential aged care service in Rockhampton, QLD .
This is a senior leadership role suited to a strong facility manager who can drive performance, culture, compliance, and occupancy in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a senior operational leadership role within aged care or healthcare

Solid financial, analytical, and budget management skills

Clinical background (e.g. RN) desirable but not essential
