As Facility Manager, you will oversee residential aged care services, ensuring exceptional quality and compliance with industry standards. You’ll lead and motivate care teams to deliver personalised care that enhances residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. Managing budgets, staffing, and operational plans, you will drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
You will also liaise with residents, families, and external providers to foster strong relationships and promote community engagement. By managing recruitment, training, and performance, you’ll build a team empowered to meet care and regulatory obligations effectively.
Requirements:- Health professional qualification registered with AHPRA or extensive aged care/health leadership experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a care environment
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and financial management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
- Western Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
- Current National Police Certificate and Bankruptcy Check
- Compliance with relevant vaccination requirements
