- Salary of $130,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Salary packaging of up to $18,900 net
- Relocation allowance of up to $5,000 ( or if they are an Australian Citizen they will be eligible for Rural Lap relocation incentive)
- Fully maintained motor vehicle for business & private use plus fuel card
- 6 months accommodation support (utilities not included)
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager (or equivalent leadership role).
- 3+ years in aged care or healthcare.
- Knowledge of aged care funding and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Current AHPRA RN registration.
- Analytical skills and budget management experience.
- A driver’s licence.
- Must have or be willing to get NDIS and Criminal History Check
