The role:
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Your leadership will foster a safe, compliant, and engaging environment for residents and staff alike. You will manage clinical, administrative, and operational functions, including staff performance, budget control, and regulatory compliance, all aligned with aged care standards. Your role will also involve maintaining community relationships and driving continuous service improvements.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration with relevant industry experience
- 3 years experience in a Facility Management role
- Knowledge of aged care regulatory standards and funding streams such as AN-ACC
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Nursing, or related fields (preferred)
- Up-to-date vaccinations and criminal history check
