The role:
Join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering vital pre-employment and occupational health assessments for the mining, construction, oil & gas, and heavy industry sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic clinical environment.
You will conduct pre-screening questionnaires and comprehensive physical assessments to determine candidate suitability for workforce roles, ensuring safety and compliance. Your responsibilities include taking biological measurements, maintaining detailed medical records, preparing clear reports, and recommending strategies to reduce injury risk.
You will also manage clinic equipment and maintain clinical hygiene standards, contributing to the smooth operation of the facility. Travel to nearby locations may be required on occasion to support business needs.
Requirements
:
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or Physiotherapy with professional registration
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Registration with ESSA or relevant professional body
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Driver’s license and readiness to work independently and within a team
