About the role:
This is an exciting customer service role that will see you make a difference and assist people with disabilities and help them access the NDIS. You will support participants, families, carers and the broader community. This is a varied and interesting role that supports vulnerable people and helps them to achieve their goals!
If you are have always had a passion for making a difference to vulnerable people, but never thought you had the qualifications or skills, then we want to hear from you!
Experience in customer service or as a support worker is ideal.
Criteria:
- Superb customer service skills- The ability to provide relevant assistance and information in a timely manner!
- Capability to communicate effectively by listening, displaying empathy and adapting your communication style to suit the situation;
- The ability to work under pressure and the propensity to multi-task!
- Excellent computer skills and the competence to work with different software
- The desire to contribute positively to team culture and be able to adapt readily to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- NSW Drivers Licence
- Willingness to obtain a WWCC and Police Check
