You’ll oversee clinical delivery across in-home aged care programs (Support at Home, CHSP, TCP), provide expert clinical oversight, support complex care planning, and act as the escalation point for clinical issues. The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring legislative and quality compliance, and guiding the service through upcoming program changes.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse
- Experience in a aged/community care management role highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and the Support at Home reforms
- Current police check
- Drivers licence
