On offer:- Salary up to $140,000 plus Super + Remote allowance circa $10,000

You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for community aged care and NDIS programs, ensuring delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and consumer-directed services. Your focus will be on compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards, developing innovative care models, and expanding service offerings to meet community needs. Driving business growth through strategic partnerships and enhancing client outcomes will be central to your success in this position.
You will also manage budgets, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a positive, high-performance team culture. Engagement with clients, families, and external stakeholders will be key to establishing strong referral networks and positioning the service as a provider of choice in the region.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Human Services, Business, or related field (essential)
- Professional registration eg AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in aged care or disability services
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
- Proven business development and compliance management skills
- Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid driver’s license
