The Role:
In this leadership position, you will oversee a wide range of Community AOD services focused on culturally sensitive and client-focused prevention, intervention, and treatment programs. You’ll be responsible for managing contract obligations, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring clinical governance and risk management standards are met.
Collaboration with funders, government bodies, and community partners is essential, as is working closely with connected residential rehabilitation services to coordinate smooth client transitions and maintain consistent service quality.
Your proactive approach and strategic leadership will promote ongoing enhancements in service delivery aligned with sector standards, driving meaningful outcomes for clients and the wider community.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Human Services, or related field
- 5+ years’ leadership in AOD
- Experience leading teams and managing contracts ideal
- Knowledge of AOD standards and accreditation
- Valid police clearance, WWCC, driver’s license, and AOD screen
