This role will involve overseeing and maintaining clinical standards across 2 aged care facilities. Working alongside the Clinical Nurse Managers and Service Managers to ensure compliance, governance and quality standards are being met and upheld. The role will also involve mentoring and training staff, auditing and analysing stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Experience in an aged care management/quality role is highly desirable
- Great communication skills
- Current police check
- Covid Vax and Drivers Licence
