The role:

As the Clinical Program Lead – Speech Pathologist, you will take charge of building and embedding an integrated speech and behaviour early intervention model. This strategic leadership position involves translating organisational goals into practical, evidence-based clinical pathways that ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will develop unified assessment frameworks, design coordinated intervention pathways, and establish supervision models aligned with funding structures such as the NDIS. Your leadership will be critical in delivering scalable, commercially sustainable programs that enhance outcomes for children and support multidisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • Experience in early intervention and working within multidisciplinary allied health teams
  • Proven background in clinical leadership, program design, or service development
  • Working knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or behavioural interventions is highly desirable
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centred practice
