- Provide person-centred, evidence-based care to residents in a residential setting
- Process improvement of current systems to enhance residents' quality of life
- Deliver preventative, curative, restorative, palliative support to residents and their families
- Conduct assessments, gaining data which can be used to develop plans of care
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- 2 years experience in a management position
- Strong clinical skills - ideally within Aged Care
