You will provide essential leadership and direction to registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and carers, ensuring the delivery of care that meets Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Your expertise will help maintain compliance with clinical documentation, care plans, and service policies while fostering a proactive, resident-focused care culture. Supporting recruitment, rostering, and performance management, you will also be pivotal in creating a safe, welcoming environment that supports residents, their families, and clinical staff alike.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three years’ leadership experience in an aged care clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and clinical governance
- Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage shift work, including nights, and undertake physical demands of the role
- National Police Clearance (within last six months)
