The Role
The Clinical Nurse Manager leads and coordinates person-centred clinical care within the residential facility. You will provide strong clinical leadership, oversee assessments and care planning, manage AN-ACC processes, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. The role also supports continuous improvement, legislative compliance, and effective collaboration with residents, families, staff, GPs and allied health professionals. Promoting a safe workplace through proactive OSH and risk management practices is a key part of this position.
Requirements
- AHPRA-registered RN with experience in aged care
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care standards, AN-ACC funding and aged care legislation
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- National Police Check within 3 months (or willingness to obtain)
- Drivers licence
