The Role:
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, supporting and inspiring your clinical team to deliver outstanding care. You’ll create an environment where your team feels valued and motivated, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to balance workload priorities and promote ongoing professional growth.
As a collaborative leader, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams to meet both operational goals and client needs, all while nurturing a positive, values-driven workplace that champions wellbeing and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
- SPA or AHPRA registration
- Significant experience as an OT or SP prior to leadership
- Eligible to work in Australia - sponsorship not available
- Proven leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills
