The Role
:
As Clinical Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care at the expanded Busselton aged care facility. Working closely with the Residential Care Manager, you will oversee two clinical care coordinators and support staff performance, clinical governance, and compliance with aged care standards.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary and medication advisory meetings, manage clinical risk and incidents, and foster positive relationships with residents and families. This hands-on role is ideal for a compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continual improvement and quality care delivery.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years in a clinical leadership role, preferably aged care
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage clinical governance processes
- Australian working rights
