- Salary up to $125k FTE + Super
- 3 days per week ideally but full-time considered

The Role
This is a key leadership position where you will combine clinical practice with team management. You’ll guide and mentor occupational therapists, oversee scheduling and regulatory compliance, and support professional development initiatives.
Your leadership will ensure consistently high standards of care, while fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture. Collaboration with management and other stakeholders will be essential to align clinical services with organisational goals and improve overall client outcomes.
Requirements
- Registered Occupational Therapist
- 3+ years clinical leadership experience
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Valid Working With Children Check and relevant certifications
- Commitment to teamwork and confidentiality
