The Role
As Clinical Development Lead, you will design and deliver targeted education programs to uplift clinical practice and ensure alignment with strengthened aged care standards. You’ll mentor and support nursing and care staff, drive quality improvement initiatives, and play a key role in managing clinical risk. The role works closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to embed best practices across aged care services.
Requirements
- AHPRA Registration as an RN
- Experience in an aged care management role highly desirable
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Police check and Covid Vax mandatory
