The role:
As Clinical Care Manager, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, supporting the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with regulatory standards and organizational values. Your responsibilities include overseeing resident assessment and care planning, clinical governance, medication safety, infection control, and dementia support. You will lead and develop the clinical team, ensuring compliance with policies, supervising safe delegation, and supporting ongoing education. Collaboration with residents, families, and external health professionals is key to providing coordinated and responsive care.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Proven experience in aged care clinical management or leadership
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Act 2024, quality standards, and clinical governance
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call shifts
