As a Child Health Nurse, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary health care services in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilise the CARPA suite of standard treatment manuals to ensure safe and effective care.
- Administer Medications and maintain accurate documentation, records, and health information systems.
- Educate parents and families on health-related issues
Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience working in remote communities, ideally in a Primary Health setting
- Respect for Aboriginal culture and the ability to practice in a culturally safe and appropriate manner.
- Police Check within 12 months (we can assist with this if you don't have one)
- WA WWCC (we can assist with this)
- Current certificates - ALS required. REC, MEC & Pharmacotherapeutics desired.
