The role:
As Care Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of clinical care that meets contemporary standards and regulatory requirements. You will manage a dedicated team, plan and delegate duties, and ensure residents receive respectful, personalised care that prioritizes their rights and wellbeing. You’ll play a key role in administration, monitoring quality and compliance, mentoring staff, and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and external providers. Your proactive approach will support continuous improvement and an exceptional care environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse) or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential aged care
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, Accreditation Standards, and clinical policies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Current National Police Certificate or ability to obtain

Previous nursing management experience and involvement in accreditation processes are highly desirable.
