As Care Manager, you will lead the clinical care team, ensuring the highest standards of health outcomes for aged care residents. Collaborating closely with the Centre Manager, your responsibilities include clinical leadership, delegation of duties, and continuous improvement within an evidence-based care framework. You will champion a compassionate, homely culture, support staff development, and ensure compliance with relevant aged care legislation and accreditation standards. Acting as Centre Manager when needed and sharing on-call duties will also be part of your role. Requirements:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in senior clinical management within aged care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of workplace relations, aged care legislation, and AN-ACC funding models
- National NDIS Worker Screening Check and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
