The Care Manager plays a vital role in coordinating clinical care for residents, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and fostering a compassionate, team-oriented atmosphere. Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent, registered with AHPRA
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and quality frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical skills
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
