Role:
Embark on an impactful journey as a Behaviour Support Team Leader in Darwin. As a key player reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical advice and information.
This role will involve overseeing and implementing clinical services, including conducting functional behaviour assessments, formulating behaviour support plans, and implementing interventions in line with evidence-based guidelines.
As a mentor, you will provide crucial supervision and guidance to junior clinicians, ensuring adherence to best practice standards. Being the subject matter expert, you will offer invaluable advice and support to practitioners and external stakeholders. Collaborating closely with the participant's support team, you will facilitate data reviews and goal-based planning to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with NDIS regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- Registration or eligibility as an Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Prior experience in clinical supervision and leadership
- Proficiency in creating evidence-based support plans and managing restrictive practices
- Flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic environment
