The Role:
An established and growing mobile allied health provider is seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners to join its expanding team across NSW and Queensland.
With a strong history in allied health, the organisation has grown its services to support participants across both the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, working with children and adults with a range of disabilities and support needs.
You will manage your own caseload, delivering high-quality behaviour support services to participants in their homes and the community. Caseloads can be tailored to suit your clinical interests and experience, with opportunities to work across paediatric, adult and aged care populations.
The organisation places a strong emphasis on clinical support and practitioner development. You will receive regular supervision based on your registration level, alongside ongoing access to discipline managers and local colleagues. While the management team is based in the Illawarra, there is a strong focus on ensuring practitioners have access to local support, with regular virtual check-ins and opportunities to connect with the wider team.
You will have the autonomy to manage your workload and clinical responsibilities, supported by dedicated administration staff who assist with initial referral coordination, systems and ongoing operational support.

- Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential where equivalent experience and transferable skills can be demonstrated.
- Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration Core, Proficient or Advanced
- Experience developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS requirements.
- Experience working with participants with complex behaviours and a range of disabilities, including psychosocial disabilities.

- Ability to work autonomously, manage your own caseload and take initiative in finding solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with participants, families and other stakeholders.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within your designated region.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain these.
