The role:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with NDIS participants and their support networks to develop personalised positive behaviour support plans. Using evidence-based practices and strategies, you will provide specialist advice and psychoeducation to help build sustainable routines, teach positive behaviours, and enhance overall quality of life. Your role will involve delivering tailored interventions designed to address specific behavioural needs and promote positive outcomes.

You will provide direct support in various settings, including participants’ homes, schools, and the community, ensuring that individuals receive the care and guidance they need in familiar environments. Additionally, you will have access to our physical clinics in Sydney to offer in-person support. Your responsibilities will include assessing behavioural concerns, implementing effective intervention strategies, and working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.

As part of a registered NDIS provider, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality behaviour management and specialist interventions that align with NDIS funding requirements. Whether services are NDIS-funded or privately accessed, you will work with participants to create and maintain comprehensive behaviour support plans that foster independence, wellbeing, and long-term success.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 1 years' experience along
  • Minimum  Core Registration
  • Valid NDIS Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
