- Work from home the majority of the time - though the role will require the occasional trip to client sites and from time to time, the office - in the centre of Perth

The role
As Assistant Manager - Clinical Governance, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and maintaining high-quality clinical standards that directly impact the safety and well-being of individuals receiving care in their own homes. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead the implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive clinical governance framework.
Your work will involve monitoring clinical practices, ensuring compliance with nationally recognised standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll also manage the Clinical Support team, develop and deliver staff training, and collaborate across teams to promote safe, person-centred care. This is a chance to bring your clinical expertise to the forefront and influence positive outcomes for people with disabilities in a meaningful way.
Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Strong experience in clinical governance within healthcare or disability services
- Solid understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to supervise teams and foster collaboration
- Proven ability in data analysis and reporting to drive clinical improvements
- Experience managing clinical audits and compliance activities
- Relevant health qualification with current professional registration preferred
- Experience developing and maintaining clinical policies and procedures
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation is highly advantageous
- Experience working with people with disabilities is a plus
- Must meet NDIS Worker Screening risk assessment requirements
