The Role
As the AOD Clinical Lead, you will oversee clinical operations across community and residential services, ensuring compliance with ATCA and AOD Human Services Standards. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care, manage client assessments and treatment plans, develop clinical policies, and promote a recovery-focused environment. Collaboration with leadership and maintaining accurate documentation and safety are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field plus current registration with AHPRA or equivalent.
- Leadership in AOD or therapeutic community settings.
- Knowledge of AOD treatment & accreditation standards.
- National Police Clearance, WWCC & driver’s license.
- Availability for flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
