Ross Kennedy moved into recruitment in 2023 after careers in sales, hospitality and banking, where he developed strong communication skills and a focus on service. He joined Curamoir in 2024 and is part of the Perth office, recruiting across Aged Care, Home Care and Mental Health nursing in WA, SA and VIC.
Ross has already made a significant impact in his time with Curamoir. In his first year he secured one of the company’s largest placements, showing his ability to match skilled professionals to complex roles. He is committed to building strong client relationships and helping providers address both immediate and long-term workforce needs.
He is known for being approachable and consistent, taking time to understand each role and maintain clear communication throughout the process. His focus is always on delivering simple, practical solutions that support both candidates and clients.

Outside of work, Ross is a lifelong football supporter who has also taken up AFL since moving to Australia. He enjoys playing guitar, cooking, and spending weekends with his two sons, whether that’s at the footy or at home.
