Quinn Wilkinson’s journey into recruitment began right out of high school. She was drawn to the role for the chance to gain real-world experience while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. Once she discovered the impact she could have connecting people with the right opportunities, she knew recruitment was her calling.

For over six years, Quinn has specialised in healthcare recruitment, starting with disability support workers and now focusing on nurses, taking on roles in remote communities across Australia. She’s energised by finding the right person for challenging placements and building supportive relationships with both clients and candidates.
Quinn’s values are defined by honesty, reliability, and genuinely caring about people. She’s earning glowing feedback from those she works with, including one remote nurse who described her as “the dream recruiter… 110% recommend!”
Outside of work, Quinn enjoys spending time with her partner, dogs, friends, and family, staying active at the gym, reading, and travelling overseas annually. She’s also committed to giving back, regularly donating blood and participating in events like City2Surf, Dry July, and September.
