Millie Little began her recruitment career in the Mental Health space, where she discovered a passion for connecting with people, hearing their stories, and helping them find job opportunities that suited their unique strengths. With two years of experience, she has since expanded into Social and Community Services recruitment while also gaining experience in the Early Years industry.
Millie has a particular interest in working with Psychologists, a profession she finds fascinating and rewarding. Known for her positive, uplifting energy, she creates an environment where candidates and clients feel comfortable and supported at every step. Hard work and consistency are Millie’s core professional values – i.e. the effort you put in is reflected in the outcomes you achieve.
Outside of recruitment, Millie enjoys collecting vintage glassware and taking part in community events like City2Surf.
