Melissa Chadwick has built her career in Human Resources and is CIPD qualified, with experience in employment law and psychometric assessments.
At Four Pillars Group she oversees HR, compliance and workplace health and safety. She develops policies and practices that support employees and ensures onboarding is smooth and consistent.

Melissa’s role is about keeping people at the heart of the business. She makes sure Curamoir has the right structures in place while creating a workplace that is safe, fair and welcoming.
