With a decade of experience in recruitment, Aynsley Peach has built his career entirely in the healthcare sector.
He began at Liquid Personnel in the UK, progressing from consultant to team manager, where he focused on temporary recruitment for local councils, leading teams tasked with clearing backlogs and supporting permanent staff.
Since starting at Curamoir, Aynsley has further developed his expertise to cover healthcare roles across Australia. His work includes everything from recruiting Assistants in Nursing through to Directors of Clinical Services in aged care and multipurpose facilities. He has a particular strength in tackling hard-to-fill positions, whether that’s roles requiring highly specialised skills or those based in rural and remote Australia.
