Alison Young began her career through a business administration traineeship, where she gained experience in rostering and scheduling support workers across Perth. After two and a half years in operations, she moved into finance and discovered her passion for the numbers and processes that keep organisations running smoothly.

Her career has always been in healthcare, working in both front office and back office roles. Since joining the recruitment industry in 2020, Alison has built a strong foundation in finance administration, supporting her team with payroll and compliance while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency. She holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently completing a Diploma in Payroll.

Alison is known for her helpful, can do attitude and her ability to stay calm under pressure. She enjoys solving mathematical and time sensitive challenges and works confidently with systems such as Employment Hero, Astute, Bullhorn and Excel. Her values of kindness, teamwork and positivity guide her approach, making her a trusted and reliable part of the Curamoir team.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys reading, coffee dates and keeping up with reality TV. She is also active in her community, fostering for Cat Haven and taking part in events such as Dry July and City2Surf. Travel is a big passion, and she always has her next trip planned. Sport has also played an important role in her life, with netball being a particular highlight. She is a three time premiership player with her hometown club Pinjarra Tigers.
