Áine Leonard began her career in hospitality, working in both Ireland and New York before moving into healthcare roles in Australia. Her background gave her a strong foundation in customer service and adaptability, which she has carried into her career in recruitment.
She joined Curamoir in 2023 and now focuses on Social and Community roles across NSW, QLD and ACT.
Áine has worked with a wide range of providers, supporting them to fill both frontline and leadership positions. She is often called upon to assist with hard-to-fill roles, including those located in regional communities.
Áine’s approach is based on clear communication, honesty and building strong relationships. She is known for being energetic and competitive, while also supportive and reliable for both clients and candidates. Her aim is always to deliver outcomes that have a lasting impact.

Outside of work,
Áine keeps active with running, gym training and playing GAA. She enjoys spending time with friends over good coffee and is committed to supporting community events such as Sleeping Under the Stars and City2Surf.
