Aaron Byrne didn’t plan to become a recruiter, but the opportunity came knocking soon enough. After taking stock of his career in social care, Aaron saw an opportunity to stay connected to the sector he cared about, with a new career path in recruitment at Curamoir.
Since joining the team, at first focusing on placing Community Services talent, Aaron has become specialist in Allied Health recruitment, with a particular focus on hard-to-fill roles such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. In just a few short years, he’s grown Curamoir’s Allied Health division into a vital recruitment partner, supporting organisations from their very first clinician hire through to expanding entire services.
With a background in Community Youth Work (including both a Bachelor’s degree and an Honours qualification), Aaron brings a wholly person-centred approach to recruitment. He’s known for being open, honest and empathetic.

Outside of work, Aaron stays active through running and GAA (Irish football), and enjoys exploring new places, whether that’s a national park day trip or a summer afternoon of drinks with friends. Most recently, he took on the City2Surf to raise funds for Little Birds, combining his love of fitness with giving back to causes that matter.
