The Role

As the Team Leader for the headspace Functional Recovery Program (FRP), you will:

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of the headspace Functional Recovery Program.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Peer Support Workers, Allied Health Professionals, and Medical Staff.
• Oversee group program coordination and delivery, staff supervision, and the implementation of the Family and Friends Program.
• Support clinical work with young people and their families within the Early Psychosis service.

Requirements

• Approved tertiary qualification and registration with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., APHRA) or membership of professional standards (e.g., AASW for Social Workers).
• Advanced clinical mental health skills, including engagement, assessment, and holistic treatment provision for young people and families.
• Experience in providing strength-based supervision and leadership within a clinical mental health service, preferably in adolescent mental health programs.
• Passion for youth mental health, particularly in working alongside young Aboriginal people and their families.
• Possession of a Working with Children (Ochre Card), National Criminal History Check (within 3 months), and a current NT manual driver’s license.
