The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Lead – Clinical Services to provide hands on leadership across their in-home and clinical services.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role combines participant facing service coordination with operational oversight. - Lead and oversee complex service coordination, including client visits, needs assessments, and development of tailored support plans
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, providers, and funders to ensure timely, effective, and person-centred outcomes
- Provide oversight of rostering and workforce allocation, supporting the rostering team rather than managing daily rosters directly

- Support incident management, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development activities
- Contribute to the refinement of operational strategies, frameworks, and procedures that enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Community Services or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar operations or clinical services leadership role
- Strong understanding of compliance and quality frameworks within NDIS, Aged Care, or community healthcare settings
- Proven experience in staff coordination, service planning, and performance oversight
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational demands
- This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader looking to step into a dynamic, purpose driven role.
