The Role
  • Oversee daily program operations and manage budgets.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder management.
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate services supporting client dignity.
  • Welcome and onboard new clients and families.
  • Deliver person-centred support and assist clients in accessing services.
  • Promote positive client image and community participation.
  • Attend service meetings and manage case coordination.
  • Develop and implement behavioural support plans.
Requirements
  • Experience in program management and budget administration.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate services.
  • Experience with client onboarding and the person-centred support model.
  • Ability to promote client dignity and community image.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary meetings and case coordination.
  • Knowledge of behavioural support plan development and implementation.
