Speech Pathology Team Leader

On Offer:

• Salary of up to $120,000 + super + benefits
• Flexibility to be based in Brisbane or a regional clinic
• Reduced billables of 4 per day for Team Leaders
• Meal and entertainment allowance of $2,500 per year FTE
• $1,500 per day allowance and 2 days paid study leave 
• Salary packaging up to $16,000 + annual leave loading

The Role: As a Speech Pathology Team Leader you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality speech pathology services.

Your responsibilities will include managing a varied caseload, implementing evidence-based interventions, and upholding the highest clinical standards.

Collaborating closely with the Head of Listening and Spoken Language, you will contribute to service expansion, program development, and strategic planning initiatives.

Furthermore, as the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team performance, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client-centerer care across all service locations.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to service innovation, policy development, and the enhancement of clinical programs, further solidifying our position as a leader in speech pathology services.

Requirements:

• Membership with the relevant professional body and the necessary qualifications.
• Willingness to travel periodically as required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing diverse caseloads.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
