Speech Pathologist

On Offer:

• Salary up to $113k, based on Sunshine Coast

• Full or part time roles available with a strong emphasis on well being 

• $1.5k professional development allowance per year (FTE)

• Salary Packaging options up to $16k + meal and entertainment allowances

The Role

You will provide a comprehensive clinical program that includes assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and ongoing management for clients across all ages with complex communication needs.

Managing 5 billable hours per day, you will conduct assessment and intervention sessions, generate thorough clinical reports and documentation, ensure compliance with quality assurance and governance standards, and collaborate closely with clients, families, medical and allied health professionals, educators, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist membership with Speech Pathology Australia

• Eligibility to complete probity checks, including Blue Card/Yellow Card and disability worker screening

• Experience working with diverse client groups (including paediatric), with a solid understanding of hearing loss and auditory-verbal practices

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Valid open driver’s licence and willingness to travel to other sites as required
