Operating within the framework of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you will collaborate closely to optimize the communication and swallowing capabilities of clients. Your expertise in assistive technology will be instrumental in providing assessments, recommendations, and applications within the speech pathology domain. As a Speech Pathologist, meticulous documentation is key, ensuring that assessments, interventions, and progress are accurately recorded and communicated. Detailed reports will be generated to provide a comprehensive overview of findings and recommendations for each client.

Managing a varied caseload, you will be responsible for delivering personalized attention and care to each individual. Upholding professional standards is integral to this role, including meeting billable targets and ensuring effective client management.
