The role:
In this clinic-based Speech Pathologist role, you will work with children up to 15 years of age, delivering child-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and strengths-based therapy. Your day-to-day will include assessing and reporting on children's functional abilities, providing individual and group evidence-based therapy, and working closely with families and a supportive multi-disciplinary team. You’ll also have the flexibility to deliver services across various settings, including the clinic, childcare, kindergarten, schools, and via Telehealth. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll receive regular one-on-one supervision, mentoring, and opportunities to observe senior clinicians in practice.

Your clinical focus will be supported by an expert admin team, allowing you to concentrate on therapy. You’ll enjoy a diverse and engaging caseload, including individual sessions, group work, and educational activities.
