The role:

In the role of Speech Pathologist, you are vital to delivering compassionate and flexible family-centered services for both children and adults with disabilities. Working within the framework of a multidisciplinary team, your primary focus includes assessing communication needs, fostering professional relationships with families, and providing essential support for informed decision-making. Your daily responsibilities span the development of individualized service plans, collaboration with a diverse team, and ensuring successful integration of individuals into existing programs. Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with SPA
  • Experience in family practice and child development
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Driving License
