The Role:
As an experienced Speech Pathologist, you will collaborate with Senior Speech Pathologists and the Clinical Lead to provide exceptional care for clients with complex communication and swallowing needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and actively engaging in professional development. Effective communication with clients, families, and external providers is crucial to fostering a supportive care environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Proficiency in clinical focused Speech Pathology
- Relevant degree & SPA membership
- Willingness to travel between sites for client services
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
