We are partnering with a renowned paediatric service provider specialising in supporting children with developmental challenges. They provide comprehensive and compassionate care to help children reach their communication potential through delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
The Duties included but are not limited to
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills in children with developmental challenges.
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with families and other team members to establish therapy goals.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to children, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, expressive language, and social communication.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to address communication difficulties and promote skill development.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to provide coordinated care and support interdisciplinary goals.
- Speech Pathology Degree that is certified by Speech Pathology Australia.
- Speech Pathology Australia membership.
- Valid NDIS Check
- Working With Children Check
- Authorised Reportable Approved Notifier
- Medicare Provider number
