You'll work in diverse settings such as day programs, clinics, and client homes, supporting people to achieve their NDIS goals through evidence-based, functional and meaningful interventions.
In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership and supervision to other occupational therapists and students, sharing your expertise and promoting best practice. You'll also act as a key resource to operational managers, contributing to strategic planning, service improvement, and development of innovative programs. You’ll engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and build strong relationships with families, carers, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic and effective service delivery.
You’ll be expected to uphold professional standards, support continuous quality improvement, and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and policies. Your responsibilities will include attending meetings, participating in supervision, identifying opportunities for professional growth, and ensuring service provision aligns with funding and organisational expectations. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician ready to make a meaningful impact and mentor others within a dynamic and growing team.
