Embracing our neurodiversity-centred approach, you will use play and adapted activities to tailor therapeutic interventions that respect and celebrate each child's unique strengths. Your work will be integral to fostering an inclusive environment where children and their families feel supported and empowered.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with families, recognizing them as active partners in their child's developmental journey. You will train parents to become co-therapists, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to continue their child's progress at home. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with families will be crucial in building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring that therapeutic strategies are seamlessly integrated into everyday life.

You will also have the opportunity to innovate and enhance our therapeutic practices by incorporating technology such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and virtual reality.
