The Role:
Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist to join their growing multidisciplinary team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs across diverse settings. The successful candidate will enjoy a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to work alongside Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists, Therapy Assistants, and other allied health professionals. Flexible working arrangements are available, with both full-time and part-time options considered.
The Psychologist will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred psychological services in line with AHPRA and NDIS standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and providing diagnostic clarification.
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual goals.
- Developing NDIS-aligned therapeutic goals and comprehensive reports.
- Collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
- Providing supervision and guidance to Therapy Assistants and team members.
- Contributing to resource and program development across the allied health team.

This is a varied role that supports clients across home, school, clinical, and community settings, with the potential to shape the direction of services based on your expertise and interests.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
- General registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with developmental or mental health conditions.
- Experience writing NDIS reports and delivering therapy within the NDIS framework.
- Strong knowledge of developmental disorders, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- ???????Valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR certification, and COVID-19 vaccinations.
