Registered Nurse, Aged Care - Cobar

On Offer:

• $41-58 per hour (level 1-8) + superannuation + penalties

The Role: 

• Provide person-centred, evidence-based care to residents in a residential setting
• Deliver preventative, curative, restorative, palliative support to residents and their families
• Conduct assessments, gaining data which can be used to develop plans of care 

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to independently research, analyze, and problem-solve
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Full-time availability with flexibility for additional hours as needed
